Terms & conditions of textbook ordering

Once your order has been processed in the online store, you will receive an invoice confirming your order details and the total amount due. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are authorised to act on behalf of your school, and that the school will bear the costs of the textbooks ordered. 

You will have 72 hours from the time you place the order to make changes or amendments. To make changes to your order, please email help@edrolo.com as soon as possible. Once the 72 hours have elapsed, your order will be considered final, will be sent to our warehouse, and the school will be responsible for the cost of the order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made beyond this timeframe.

Invoice terms

You will not be required to pay for your order at the time you place it. We will send you an invoice within 24 hours of ordering. 

Standard invoice terms will apply to your invoice, which stipulate payment terms of 30 days from the date of your invoice. Should you require a change to your invoice terms, please reach out to accountsreceivable@edrolo.com and we will be in touch with you.

You will be able to settle your invoice by credit card or bank transfer.

Returns of orders

Return where your order is incorrect or damaged:

If you have received an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible by sending an email to help@edrolo.com and a team member will be in touch. Please ensure that you quote your school name and invoice number.

General returns:

Edrolo will only accept returns of textbook stock in limited circumstances and on a case-by-case basis. All orders processed are considered final, and we will not accept returns for changes in enrolment numbers or change of mind. Please take care when placing your order to ensure that the right number of textbooks are sent.
